Perfect for Entertaining and Family Fun!  This Telluride vacation rental home is perfectly situated for incredible views of the Telluride Valley both east and west.  It also has the rare ability to house two friendly or extended families, each with their own space. This naturally well lit home has plenty of space for living and sleeping.  You will find this modern home with clean lines a refreshing change in the Telluride vacation home options.  Designed and built in 2017 with a minimalist attitude, everything is up to date and new.

The first floor has a welcoming entry with a King bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a small living/dining/kitchenette.  This ground level area has a queen sofa sleeper as well.  This level has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main level has a contemporary design with a fireplace, living room, dining room and an ample kitchen area.  This level has a full bath and a washer dryer.. Two balconies are on this main level, one facing south to the ski area, and the other to the north and the red rock mountainside.  The living room sofa is a queen sofa in front of the contemporary fireplace.  The bench at the dining room table could be used as a twin sleeping area.

The top level is the beautiful Master Bedroom Suite with a flat screen TV..  Just outside the Master Bedroom Suite is another bonus sleeping area (queen sofa sleeper) with an amazing view of the waterfall end of the Telluride Valley.  Once inside the Master Bedroom, there is a balcony to sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the undeveloped Valley Floor to the west of Telluride. The "Hot Tub" shown is actually the owner's personal jetted swim spa.  It can be rented for an additional fee..

Accommodations in Telluride Cancellation Policy 2020/2021 – Updated December 1, 2020
Cancellation Policy 2020/2021:  For the rest of 2020 and 2021 as long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
