This beautiful condo is the perfect spot for your summer or winter getaway! Muscatel Flats #9 has brand new furnishings and is equipped with all the items to make you feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with has been upgraded with large and small appliances, countertops, lighting, and cabinets. A large flat screen tv featuring streaming channels and cable for your viewing entertainment and a Bluetooth speaker for your listening entertainment is in the living area. There is a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress.

 The spacious and bright bathroom features a full shower with tub to soak your cares away or to relax after a long day of festivaling! The bedroom has a brand-new queen bed. The closet has plenty of extra storage space. There is also a little reading nook.

The complex boasts a hot tub that faces town park and the Telluride River Trail. For those visiting in the winter it is steps away from the town park Nordic trail and the Galloping Goose free shuttle for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort. It is located one block from Telluride’s Main Street. It is also only 3 blocks from the world-famous gondola. This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family of four. Muscatel Flats #9 is located on the 3rd floor and its pet friendly! 
 10/5/20: The new clearance of Muscatel garage and it is 6' 7" from floor to ceiling. Please make sure that no vehicle enters the garage that is higher than this height or that individual will be responsible for any damage caused to the ceiling.

**The hot tub and/or pool may close at any time during 2020-2021 due to a health and safety issue. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA determined closings**

Accommodations in Telluride Winter/Spring Cancellation Policy 2020/2021 – Updated December 1, 2020
Cancellation Policy 2020/2021:  For the rest of 2020 and ski season 2021 as long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
