Cornet Creek 301 has been lovingly and completely remodeled Spring of 2021.  The finishes and attention to details are stunning with oak floors, all new furnishings, new bathrooms and kitchen.  An additional bathroom on the 3rd floor completes the Master Suite.   

As you walk into the main level, a custom metal gas fireplace is one of the focal points of this lovely space. Watch the sunrise over Ingram Falls with the addition of an east facing deck.   There is a breakfast/wine bar off the new kitchen with a wine fridge, cocktail utensils, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig.  The kitchen has gorgeous quartzite countertops, and the space is perfect for the chef in the group.

The next level up has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The cozy front bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a King.  This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.  On this level is a hallway bathroom, completely redone, in the hallway with a tub/shower.  The back bedroom has a comfy king with a Beautyrest Heavenly mattress.  The unit's washer/dryer is located on this level.  Both baths also have heated, tile flooring.

The top level has a loft area outside of the Master area.  The loft has a trundle bed (two twins) with views of the iconic end of the Telluride Valley.  The Master suite has a King with a Beautyrest Heavenly mattress and a full bathroom en suite complete with a steam shower and heated tile floors.  You will feel like you are at the spa!

Cornet Creek 301 is close to both the base of the Gondola/Chair 8 and the base of Lift 7 on the west side of Telluride. The world renowned music Festivals are a straight shot walk on Pacific Ave to the Town of Telluride Park.  Telluride’s bustling shops and restaurants are a five minute walk from the condo. The main grocery store is about 2 minutes’ walk away.

One off street parking space is provided.   You can park it and leave it for the duration!   Cornet Creek 301 is ideal for a family Telluride Vacation. 
 

Accommodations in Telluride Cancellation Policy 2021
Cancellation Policy 2021:  For 2021 as long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely.  Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan. Business License # 019340
