Cornet Creek 302 offers multi-level living in walking distance to the base of ski lift 7 and other conveniences. The cozy living room offers a comfortable leather sectional couch overlooking a soaring wall of windows that open up to mountain views. Spend the evenings curled up reading, playing games, or watching a movie on the flatscreen TV in this welcoming unit. The deck from this level faces Cornet Creek and offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 

The kitchen has been newly renovated and high-quality wooden cabinets, recessed lighting, a custom backsplash, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Pull a stool up to the kitchen peninsula in the morning for your morning dose of caffeine before hitting the slopes or take full advantage of having a complete kitchen at your disposal. Cookware and tableware are provided to make dining a breeze. 

Head upstairs to the master bedroom, which is tucked away from the main living area for added privacy. A spacious king bed is outfitted with high quality linens for a good night of rest. In the morning, swing open the shutters to let the natural light and scenic views stream in through the many windows this room provides. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level. Kids will love the loft area, which offers cozy nooks for reading or playing games. In the loft you’ll find a full bed as well as two twin beds, providing plenty of sleeping options. The sloped ceiling and natural sunlight give this room a cozy feel. 

Two full bathrooms in this condo make it easy to get ready and out the door quickly in the mornings. One bathroom offers a glass and tile shower and tub combination and unique vessel sink, while the other offers a walk-in shower. 

Accommodations in Telluride Cancelation Policy through the calendar year 2022:
As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
