This two bedroom + loft, three bath condo offers a wonderfully unique lodging opportunity for your vacation in Telluride. The condo is very conveniently located on main street, right in the heart of downtown Telluride, so taking advantage of our shops, restaurants, art galleries, festival events, live entertainment, etc could not be easier. Access to the slopes is simple, as well, with the Gondola Plaza being just a three block walk or a complimentary shuttle ride away.

The unit itself features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bath, on the entry level, and then a charming living room, dining room, kitchen area on the upper level with another full bath. There is also another queen bed in a loft above the staircase. The art and décor in the unit are unique and charming and reminiscent of the global excursions of the owner of the unit. The full kitchen features gourmet appliances and the terrace off the living room offers breathtaking views while hot tubbing, barbecuing or simply relaxing after a fun day of playing in the mountains.

Accommodations in Telluride Winter/Spring Cancellation Policy 2020/2021 – Updated December 1, 2020
Cancellation Policy 2020/2021:  For the rest of 2020 and ski season 2021 as long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
