SWEET REMODEL! This spacious quiet 3 level condo in the historic 'Pick and Gad' Building in Telluride. Central location in town is one or two blocks from ski lift, gondola, town park, river, trails, library and the bars and restaurants of Telluride's main street.  Hiking trails are close by, along with the base of the Gondola in Town.  Have coffee on the deck and then get your adventure going for the day!

Recent remodel has made this amazing townhome a total of 5 BR.  The bedroom on the lower level is very private with  a beautiful en suite bath with a large shower, flat  screen TV and a separate entrance from the back yard.  The second bedroom has a twin with a trundle under it.  The hallway bath has a shower/bath tub combination.  The two guest bedrooms on this level have queens.  The grand master at the top of the condo has a king bed, a flat screen TV and an en suite bath with a small tub/shower with a steam shower feature.  The main great room has expansive couch for overflow sleeper or inflate-bed. Deck and dining rooms adjoin the new kitchen with restored vintage stove.  The deck has a barbeque for the outdoor chef!

The condo has one reserved parking space off street.

Located in the heart of the historic town center, 220 South Pine is an easy stroll to restaurants, main street shopping, hiking trails, Telluride Town Park, and the Telluride library (it is a really cool library). Only a short walk (1.5 blocks), the Telluride/Mountain Village gondola provides direct access to all winter and summer activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and biking.
 

We know that awareness of certain aspects of renting a vacation property are key to your comfort.  To this end, we are providing you with pertinent information.  San Miguel County has very measured and thoughtful protocols in place.  We want you to be aware of the standards of our county before you arrive.

Spring/Summer/Fall Cancellation Policy 2020

 

As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, the cancellation policy is more lax due to uncertainties.  We realize you need more flexibility when making travel plans.  We are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of Booking and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered for future stays.

 

If you have to cancel and want a refund, we will release the property for availability and put forth our best endeavors to rebook your dates.  Whatever we receive for your dates will be refunded to you minus a $150 rebooking fee.
