So close to both the base of the Gondola and Chair 8 and the base of Lift 7 on the west side of Town, Cornet Creek 301 is ideal for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort.  The world renowned music Festivals are a straight shot walk on Pacific Ave to the Town of Telluride Park.  Telluride’s bustling shops and restaurants are a five minute walk from the condo. The main grocery store is about 2 minutes’ walk away. The multi-level condo has upgraded finishes, with granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, a small gas fireplace in the living room and built-ins.  Each level of the condo has the magnificent Ajax iconic view to the east. 


The main level has the living room, dining area and kitchen.  Watch the sunrise over Ingram Falls with a cup of coffee.  There is a powder room on this level at the entry.  


On the second floor are two bedrooms, one a queen the other is a full.  Two bathrooms are located on this level.  The upper level has a loft accessed by a spiral stairs with a twin trundle and that beautiful octagonal stain glass window to the east.  There is a bedroom with two twins that can be converted to a king.


One off street parking space is provided.   You can park it and leave it for the duration!  This small complex has a washer and dryer available.  Cornet Creek 301 is ideal for a family Telluride Vacation.  Have friends that want to tag along?  Cornet Creek 302 is right across the hall!

Spring/Summer/Fall Cancellation Policy 2020


As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, the cancellation policy is more lax due to uncertainties.  We realize you need more flexibility when making travel plans.  We are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of Booking and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered for future stays.


If you have to cancel and want a refund, we will release the property for availability and put forth our best endeavors to rebook your dates.  Whatever we receive for your dates will be refunded to you minus a $150 rebooking fee.
