This two-bedroom condo offers an open concept living space and private bedrooms that make it a great option for families or multiple couples seeking a prime downtown Telluride location!

•   Shared hot tub and swimming pool (summer only). Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.

Open concept living awaits in this slope side family condo. The living area is warm and welcoming with soft carpeting underfoot and a plush sofa and easy chair on which to relax. Put your feet up in the evenings and unwind with a movie on the flatscreen TV or enjoy views over the snowy landscape from the wall of windows located in the living room. The living room flows easily into the kitchen, between which there is also a wet bar for ease of enjoying drinks and snacks. The full kitchen boasts granite countertops, black appliances, and high-quality wooden cabinets. All the cookware and tableware needed for preparing meals is on hand. Pull a stool up to the kitchen peninsula, where there’s seating for two. For meals enjoyed as a family or group, the adjacent dining table offers ample room for six to gather around.

It’s easy for this condo to accommodate multiple friends or family members, with two private bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed with a log frame that gives a mountain feel to the space. The en suite master bathroom has been recently remodeled. This condo’s second bathroom has also recently been updated. The second bedroom can be arranged with either a split king bed or two twins, based upon request. Large windows in this bedroom look out over the snowy landscape, and there’s plenty of room for unpacking in the spacious dresser. For additional sleeping arrangements, the couch in the living room can be opened up into a queen sofa sleeper.

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

Ski stay at Etta Place Too #105

The customer service was excellent. From my initial requests for information and through our stay the representatives were friendly and helpful. Additionally, during our stay the weather seemed to be a concern for our departure. A representative named Erin was fantastic in offering accommodations should we need to stay an extra day. While we did not eventually need to change our plans, the help allowed us to enjoy our last ski day without concern for our lodging. Thank you for a great experience. Best Regards, Kurt

Telliride - Etta Place Too

Very nice ski-in / ski-out (lift 7) location in Telluride. Easy walk to restraunts and shops. The shuttle bus also stops right at the dront door.

Home away from Home

I feel very fortunate that i started working with Accommodations in Telluride over 12 years ago! I first met with the lovely and charming Bobbi who together with Lee set me up with a beautiful townhouse in town that I rented for a month every year for 7 years! Then after that house sold they worked with me to find another house in town for a month every spring for the next 3 years. This trip i stayed in a great 2bedroom 2bath large condo in Etta's Place and I loved it. It was on the first floor and easy free shuttle access and a very comfortable set up with furniture and separate thermostat temperature zones. Now, when things in Telluride change, I'm less worried about my lodging since i know everyone at Accommodations in Telluride is looking out for me and that they will help me find the perfect place every year. The best part of working with Lee, Sara, Kelsy, Katja and Erin is the personal interactions. They are always personable and professional and they make me feel special and welcome, like i'm at home in Telluride. They are very responsive to all of my needs like extra blankets and they make sure everything is working in the place before i get there. I highly recommend using Accommodatons in Telluride and I'm very grateful for everything they've done for me over the past 12 years.

The condo was great - clean, well-equipped, and an easy walk to lift 7. The hosts were responsive to questions. Parking was very easy. The main thing keeping this review from being excellent is the poor wifi quality. The wifi was very slow and only covered the living room/kitchen area. Other, very minor things, are that the MBR toilet was finicky and it would be nice to have an updated tv. Overall, we had a nice experience and would stay here again.

Note to guest - The owners have purchased a new smart tv for the primary bedroom. Telluride is notorious for sketchy WIFI, especially if there are a lot of folks in town. We unfortunately have no control over that.

Etta place Too 105 Excellent ski in / ski out

Our group of four had an amazing time at One Etta Place Too 105. You can’t beat the location, steps away from Lift 7 and Telluride sports ski rental shop. The unit had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, basic condiments, soap and shampoo made from a local Telluride company. The parking lot next to the unit was very convenient as well. Center of town is only a 5 min drive or one can take the free shuttle “the galloping goose” to go anywhere in town. We had a few maintenance issues initially that were promptly fixed, except for the wifi that wouldn’t work even after maintenance reset it. Not a huge problem, we had fun playing cards and watching TV in the evening after being out skiing all day. The shared hot tub available in the complex was nice as well. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Etta Place Too Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Ski in /Ski out is so easy, with no effort. The market is fully stocked and friendly, just minutes away. Galloping Goose free bus stops right at the front door to bring you to the center of town. Spacious condo, even with books about the history of Telluride. One note, please have a non stick frying pan, they are not that costly! Everything else was top rate!

A Fabulous location

This is our second trip to this Unit and our 23 year visiting Telluride. Have experienced many locations. This unit was wonderful and comfortable. We did more cooking then usual in the unit due to Covid. Could use a few more items, but in general it was adequately equiped. Totally comfortable bedding. And as I said...Fabulous location & super convenient to the free Goose and Lift 7. Great hot tub was a bonus!

We could not have been happier with Etta Place Too 105 and with Accommodations in Telluride. The unit is modern, very comfortable, extremely clean, and fully equipped with anything you need. The location is great, just out the door to the Coonskin lift, and the unit being on the first floor is icing on the cake. Can't say enough about it - loved it!

We had a group of four of us in from Alabama and Georgia. We couldn't have picked a better place. There's a lift literally less than 100 yards from the back door, and a ski rental place there, too. There's a bus stop for the free local shuttle right outside the front door. Condo is on the first floor, nicely furnished, was perfect for us. Next time we go to Telluride we will be staying here again.

Great space, great service

Lovely, well-equipped condo right at the base of a ski run, near a lift and the lift ticket office. Just steps from the bus stop and close to parking. The keyless entry was very handy with four guests who arrived with their hands full. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Telluride condo

Condo location was great - near lift, walking distance to grocery store and downtown restaurants, and close to public bus stop. Condo was comfortable and had all the necessities we wanted for our week stay.

Overall the place worked out quite well. We loved the convenience to the Galloping Goose to take us to the gondola, and we also skied right into the condo two days. It was just enough space for our family of four for the week. Only small item was that the kitchen sink water pressure was almost nonexistent. But plenty of water pressure and hot water in the baths. Great Slopeside Condo

This was a perfect 2 bed/2 bath condo just steps from the Coon lift. It was very well stocked, good wifi, good TV, comfy beds, good washer/dryer, etc. It is not huge but worked for our family of 4. We only had 2 issues. The first night the hot tub was stuck at 97. I contacted management and they got it back to about 104 for other days. Then when all 4 of us took back to back showers, we ran out of hot water, which took about 1/2 hour to come back. Other than that, it worked out great.

Fourth of July in Telluride

We rented #105 while we were staying in Telluride for my daughter's wedding. The unit was perfectly clean, very comfortable and quiet, even though the building seemed to be completely occupied. The staff was always easy to work with. We walked back and forth to town with no problem, which is a good thing, because the parking that goes with the unit was always filled. The parking would be the only negative, as the lot associated with the unit requires a pass, but doesn't guarantee a spot. If you don't bring a car, or if your visit is during a less busy time, you will find this a great location and unit to rent.

Nice and cozy

We loved Etta Place Too #105! It was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The condo is within walking distance (about 200 yds) of the ski shop, lift, and lift ticket office. Really convenient to downtown too! We'd definitely stay there again. As for "Accommodations in Telluride" I can't say enough about them. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As an example, I needed a basket for the coffee maker in the room and stopped by the office to let them know. Before we got back to the room about an hour later they already had delivered a basket. And the booking process? It couldn't have been easier! I worked mainly with Bobbie and Lee. They were great! I will definitely be using them for future vacations to Telluride.
