What Times Are Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. MST on the date included on the Rental Agreement. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. MST to ensure the property is properly cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guest.

What If I Arrive Early Or Have To Leave Late?
Our Check-in time is 4 pm MST and check-out is 10 am MST. Please keep that in mind when you are making your flights and shuttle service reservations. IF AVAILABLE - The only way we can guarantee early check-in or late check-out, is if you pay a full-day charge. Same-day requests will not be honored.

Do You Require A Down Payment? If So, How Much Will I Owe, And When Is It Due?
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. The first payment is taken at booking. That amount is 33% of the total lodging charge. The final payment will post 30 days prior to arrival to the card used at booking. If you need to make a change to the method of payment, please reach out before the final payment posts. The system does not send out a reminder email regarding final payment postings.

Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?
Yes - Accommodations in Telluride Cancellation policy. Accommodations in Telluride Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation. Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount. Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs. Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.

Do I Have To Clean The Rental Property Before I Leave?
Guests are not required to do a typical “Airbnb” clean. We do not ask you to strip beds or start laundry or dishes. We do ask that you take out your food and lower the heat in the winter when checking out. We charge a housekeeping fee that covers your check-out cleaning, laundry, and the inspection prior to arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in that rate. You may request a mid-stay clean, starting at $50 per hour.

Will My Rental Be Fully Equipped?
Your vacation rental is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has all the small appliances, pots pans, dishes, glasses, cookware, and bakeware you will need. There are basic condiments and spices, please bring special items with you. All linens are provided. We provide your first supply of coffee (regular coffee maker and grinder), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing, and laundry detergent. The home has wireless internet, and all passwords (and everything important about the home) can be found in the blue residence guide that will be waiting for you in the condo.

Will My Property Have A Washer And Dryer?
Most Accommodations In Telluride properties have in-house washers and dryers and the other have community washers and dryers.

What if the pool or hot tub is closed during my stay?
Pool and hot tubs may be subject to closures, cleaning, and maintenance from time to time. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over such closures and cannot be held liable, or financially responsible for such events.

Will I have a parking space?
Not all Accommodations in Telluride properties have assigned parking spots. When a guest makes a reservation, we send an email that details any parking instructions needed for your stay. We cannot guarantee any more parking permits or spots over what comes with the property.

Is there Hi-Speed Internet?
All properties have Hi-Speed internet, but there is a possibility of service interruption in our small remote box canyon. Interruption in the internet, telephone, power, or television service is beyond our control. Upon being notified, we will assist in every way to reinstate services.

What If I Rent A Property That Is For Sale?
If the property is on the market and a realtor showing is requested, you will be given 24 hours’ notice. Be assured, Accommodations in Telluride will make every attempt to schedule a showing at a time that is convenient for the guest.

Is there Overnight Parking in Mountain Village?
Overnight Parking (year-round) Paid public overnight parking is allowed in two garages – Gondola Parking Garage ($30 per night for vehicles/$60 for oversized vehicles) and Heritage Parking Garage ($48 maximum in a 24-hour period ). Parking is not allowed along any street or right-of-way. If you are hosting a large event in Mountain Village and need to park cars along the roadway, contact us as we will be happy to work with you. We also offer our residents and employees permitted parking options. No matter where you park, please read applicable parking signage carefully so your stay in Mountain Village is safe and without penalty. Oversize Vehicle Parking: Parking an RV, truck and trailer combo, or vehicle longer than 24’ is very challenging any time of year in the Gondola Parking Garage, but especially so during the winter season due to high demand. Parking in all Mountain Village public parking facilities is on a first-come, first-served basis – reservations not accepted - and the spaces that accommodate longer vehicles fill up quickly. Overnight parking, 2 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. on uncovered levels is not permitted in Gondola Parking Garage during the winter season due to plowing regulations. If you can find a suitable spot and need to drop your trailer for a few days, it is still subject to posted rates and plowing regulations. Vehicle camping is strictly prohibited in all Mountain Village public parking facilities regardless of what your Van Life Forum tells you. Mountain Village does offer an off-site option for the parking of RVs, truck and trailer combos, or vehicles longer than 24 feet at Lot R. Please contact parking@mtnvillage.org for more information.
