***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver s name if you need a street parking permit.
**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.**
Everything you need for an amazing time in Telluride! This ground-floor condo boasts a sunny patio with mountain views and a well-maintained, clean interior with all the comforts you could possibly need or want. A full-sized fridge is an item not commonly found in all one bedrooms at Viking Lodge and is a real plus! The kitchen creates an inviting space where you ll have room to dine and cook, plus all the necessary equipment a kitchen should have and the necessary items available for clean up. You enter though the dining/living area where you have a sleeper sofa option, then pass by the hall bunk beds (best suited to children) and into the comfortable queen bedroom. An in-unit washer/dryer add extra convenience! The bedrooms doors let in natural light and open to the patio which is just steps away from The River Trail and San Miguel River. The complexs salt water hot tub an opportunity to relax and unwind after a day filled with adventure! The complex also offers heated pool (summer only - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
