This three bedroom/ three bathroom property makes a perfect homebase for a family getaway or couples vacation. The open concept living area is complete with gas fireplace, large flatscreen smart TV, modern furnishings, and private patio with views of Palmyra Peak and Mountain Village. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for six at the table, with additional seating at breakfast bar. The kitchen over looks the living and dining area, enjoying a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and full size appliances including gas stove. The ktichen is well stocked with cook/dishware so that you can enjoy preparing and serving a meal for friends and family; or enjoy the multitude of Mountain Village Restaurants literally steps from your condo. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your private deck off the living area which enjoys view of the Village pond, the Lift 4 "Village Express", Palmyra Peak and the Mountain Village pedestrian core. The master bedroom has king bed, private sitting area with views from the large windows, and en suite bathroom with an extra-large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is a perfect spot for kids or extra guests as it has a set of "Captains Bunks" (twin upper bunk & queen sized lower bunk) and a bathroom with shower off the adjacent hallway. Stackable washer/dryer also in the condo. The unit is all on one level, with elevator access from the ground floor lobby. There is also a private ski locker on the ground floor lobby level for ski/borad storage. Private wifi network and cable included, as well as access to smart apps such as Netflix etc. with your personnal account log ins on the living room TV. One private parking space is included with condo. As is common in Mountain Village, parking is purchased as separate real estate.
