The two-story home sits on a corner lot surrounded by a white picket fence. The front of the home boasts a cozy covered front porch that holds the entrance to the home. The second-floor master suite has a private balcony off the front of the home with seating to sit out and enjoy a Telluride day with views of Box Canyon. Green grass and mature vegetation surround the home. A patio area in the side yard boasts Adirondack-style seating. Step through the patio doors where you’ll find a patio with outdoor seating and a grill for meals al fresco.

Step into the home and Telluride comfort. The open great room combines the functions of living, cooking, and dining into one space. The living space boasts comfortable seating around a gas fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV, where you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows while warming up after a day on the slopes. Fuel up for the day or create any meal or snack in the home’s fully equipped kitchen. A myriad of cupboards and drawers full of everything you need join spacious counters and stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze. A raised peninsula bar offers seating for four to enjoy an informal meal or help the chef with the meal, and a second sink nearby is perfect for prepping vegetables and other fresh foods. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats six. There is a full bathroom on this level for your convenience.
At the end of a long day of Telluride fun, head to the second floor to choose a private bedroom. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, night tables, and custom cabinetry, including a window seat with storage beneath. A flat screen TV keeps you entertained when you want a little extra privacy. The en suite bath boasts a frameless glass shower stall and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed with night tables and lamps. The third bathroom has a separate shower and claw foot tub and double-sink vanity. For the final bedroom, head up the spiral steps. You’ll find a place perfect for kids to share, or a family that wants to stay together in one room. There is a queen bed, as well as three twin mattresses for the kids.
