Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?
Yes, Accommodations in Telluride has a cancellation policy. A 33% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance charged 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after the initial payment may result in loss of the deposit unless the property is rebooked. If rebooked, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the rebooked dates, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked. We recommend trip cancellation insurance—ask us about Red Sky Travel Insurance or consult your personal agent.

Do I Have To Clean The Rental Property Before I Leave?
Guests are not expected to do a standard “Airbnb” clean before departure. There's no need to strip beds or start laundry or dishes. We simply ask that you remove any food and lower the heat in winter. A housekeeping fee covers check-out cleaning, laundry, and a pre-arrival inspection. Daily housekeeping is not included but mid-stay cleanings are available upon request, starting at \$50 per hour.
