Many of our homes in the town of Telluride are historic ones, offering period accents that tell the stories of a life well lived while also offering large decks, balconies, and wide front porches.

We’re visiting over Halloween and would like to learn more about Telluride’s spirit world, are there any ghost tours we can take?

Although not specifically listed as ghost tours, Telluride Walking Tours does delve into the stories of those who have passed and are rumored to have never left. During the Halloween season, however, the Telluride Historical Museum does offer lamplight tours of a Victorian-era cemetery, and sometimes it is rumored that extra guests join in the tour.

We’re staying in a condo, is it possible we will have a deck, or do they just offer balconies?

Gas grills invite guests to enjoy a family barbecue, and outside tables ensure that you don’t have to go inside when the meat is done. A sunset meal, the mountains, and a bottle of your favorite wine are all the ingredients needed for an al fresco dinner that will never be forgotten. Once the sun has set, the night can get cool, even during the summer months, but that doesn’t mean you have to go inside. Our decks may offer fire features, fire pits with glass rocks and a modern appeal, and some may provide patio heaters, fighting off the chill. In our private homes, you may have to leave the deck to walk out into a clearing in the yard, where a wood firepit will be surrounded by chairs, inviting nighttime adventures that may include marshmallow roasts and ghost story tales.

The river walk is just 1 minute from the apartment. We loved walking near the river. Lots of restaurants and bar just minutes away.. food store is walking distance ( 2 minutes ) The management was very good and helpful. We really recommend this propriety .

This rental has the most spectacular views! And you can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of town, you can walk to the gondola (only a couple blocks), food market and all shops and restaurants. We parked once and walked everywhere! Every room in the unit has Mountain Views and the balcony is spacious and amazing. Also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, we will absolutely stay here again. Oh and the rental company was great with communication and easy to work with!
