A corner condo under the Tower Clock at Lulu City! The condo is spacious and well appointed with beautiful furnishings and is right across the street from the base of the Coonskin Chairlift. This condo is comfy! The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins (can convert to a King). The den has a captains bunk. The living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper, as well. Lulu City has an outdoor hot tub as well as a summer time swimming pool. The western sunset views from the deck are spectacular in the crystal clear air of the Rockies. There is Wi Fi, a DVD and VCR player and a flat screen tv in the living room. The condo also has a stereo system and, for the movie buffs, HBO movie channels. Come and stay at Lulu City 4C and make fabulous memories. Combine with Lulu 3F for a small group gathering. Pets are no longer allowed at Lulu City condos. Please be advised that there are several flights of stairs to the unit.

Accommodations in Telluride Winter/Spring Cancellation Policy 2020/2021 – Updated December 1, 2020
Cancellation Policy 2020/2021:  For the rest of 2020 and ski season 2021 as long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
