Your home away from home is located close to everything you want to see and do, including the Gondola, ski lifts, shopping, dining, and plenty of Telluride fun.
Exterior Features
Arrive at the home and take in the cozy front yard with brick path leading to a small deck and the entry of the home. You’ll want to spend some time in the front porch swing gazing at the mountains and watching the goings-on of the neighborhood. The two-story home boasts neutral-colored siding and white trim to blend in with the natural surroundings. Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out into outdoor mountain relaxation. A large deck offers a place to sit and enjoy the sun and mountain air, while a hot tub on the ground level soothes sore muscles after a day on the slopes or on another fabulous Telluride adventure. The back also features a cozy yard where the kids can burn off some energy before bed.
Interior Amenities
Step into your home away from home in the mountains! The open living space combines living, cooking, and dining needs into one convenient space. Stretch out on the sectional sofa in the living area or a cozy chair and watch a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. After a day on the slopes or another winter activity, huddle around the fire with a cup of coffee or cocoa to warm up. At mealtime, turn to the fully equipped kitchen to solve all your eating-in needs. Custom white cabinets and drawers are packed with all the essential utensils and cookware to make delicious home-cooked meals. Add in spacious counters for prep and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and cooking any meal or snack of the day is a breeze! Enjoy the meal in the dining space featuring a long, rectangular wood table that seats the whole group. Plenty of natural light fills the space from windows and window-paneled doors leading out to the deck. The lower level also boasts a family room where you can play board games, relax, and plan the day ahead.
At the end of a fun-filled Telluride day, retreat to a private bedroom. The lower-level features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, night table, tall dresser, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and closet. It also has its own private access from outside. The second bedroom is perfect for kids and features a set of twin trundle-style beds, a spacious closet, built-in shelving with children’s books, a selection of board games, and more to keep them busy.
The family room on this level also boasts an extra sleeping space. There is a full bathroom on this level that features a tub/shower combo with jetted tub and single-sink vanity. The upper level hosts the master and another guest bedroom. Spread out in the master bedroom! The king bed faces a wall of windows that looks out onto the street and past to the mountains. Sit on the custom window seat and look out or cozy in with a book. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a myriad of windows, a dresser, closet, and more. The two rooms share a hall bath with frameless glass shower stall and single-sink vanity. A stacked set of full-size washer and dryer units is also conveniently located in the room, so everyone can help with the chore. There is also a half bath off the great room for your convenience. There’s room for everyone to enjoy a Telluride escape!
