Construction at Viking Lodge: Work has begun on the pool, spa, and roof project.  We are looking forward to these improvements being completed over the next 7-8 weeks.  The renovated pool/spa area should add a great deal to the overall look and feel of the Viking Lodge Property.

A comfortable couch offers views through the glass doors to the private patio, and also doubles as additional sleeping accommodations with a foldout queen bed. The living room also offers a flat screen TV for optional entertainment.  

Take advantage of the full kitchen this condo offers, which is bright and modern with sleek white upper cabinets and countertops. Full-sized stainless steel appliances offer a range of options for preparing and enjoying meals in. Enjoy a meal at the adjacent dining area, which offers a combination of bench and chair seating. 

The brand-new queen bed offers a comfortable place for getting a solid night’s sleep. Enjoy the open feel among the various sleeping and living areas or slide the chic barn door closed for added privacy. Just outside the bedroom is a set of twin bunk beds for additional sleeping options. Please note the bunk bed does not have a top railing and is thus not suitable for small children or the elderly. An additional sliding barn door closes off the bathroom, where you’ll find a vessel sink and separate shower/water closet. A washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom, a great added convenience for keeping the packing list manageable. 

Enjoy the extra living space the private patio at this condo provides. Just beyond the patio, a grassy area and foliage are the only things that separate your accommodations from the peaceful San Miguel River. During your down time between adventures, take advantage of the amenities this complex provides, such as the refreshing salt water swimming pool or soothing hot tub. Viking Lodge HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool.  We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.

• More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
• Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
• Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
• Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
