We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

- Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
- Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
- Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
