Accommodations in Telluride Cancelation Policy through calendar year 2022

Cancellation Policy 2022: As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation. We hope this provides you with more peace-of-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. If we are not able to rebook your unit, you may still choose to have a future credit with us without any penalty. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
